Role: Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, participates in safety and regulatory activities, develops and communicates individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and barriers.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, RN licensure, and preferred Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of experience. Critical nursing skills and the ability to work safely and alertly are essential.
