Role and Responsibilities: This position involves providing general urology care with access to robotics and reconstructive cases. The physician will manage a schedule of approximately 16-24 patients per day, participating in a team of 10 physicians and 2 PAs. The role includes shared overnight weekday call coverage (1:10), opportunities for teaching with medical schools, and working in diverse settings within Riverside County.

Qualifications and Skills: Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in urology, fluent in English (Spanish preferred), and possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range ($498,175 - $626,127) with potential premium earnings ($87,072), contingent on certification and location.
