Role: Registered Nurse in the Spine Ortho Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care to post‑operative spine and orthopedic patients.
• Perform assessments, manage pain, care for wounds, and assist with patient mobilization.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe, patient‑centered care.
• Monitor vital signs, recognize and respond to complications, administer medications, and document in the EMR.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license.
• Experience in orthopedics or post‑operative care preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
