We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with surgical first-assist experience to join a collaborative Women’s Health team near Monterey, California.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing outpatient OB/GYN care, including annual exams and same-day visits
• Performing inpatient rounding and acting as first assist in gynecologic surgeries and cesarean deliveries
• Collaborating closely with a team of 7 OB/GYN physicians, Urogynecologist, and support staff
• Maintaining strong patient care standards within a Monday–Friday schedule, with no call
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Women’s Health experience beyond training
• Eligible for California licensure and hospital privileges as NP or PA
• Demonstrated ability to document at least 25 surgical assists in the past 24 months
• Meet medical staff criteria for surgical first assist
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $158,000–$193,000, with productivity incentives
