Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a supportive environment. They serve as a vital link between patients, families, and the care team, advocating for patient satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care plans and deliver care as outlined.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nursing.
  • Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
  • Certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
