We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care for seniors in a Skilled Nursing setting.
The role involves developing and implementing personalized nutrition care plans, assessing residents' nutritional needs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key responsibilities include educating residents and families on healthy eating, monitoring the effectiveness of care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Dietitian, working with seniors, and possess strong knowledge of nutrition principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field and RD certification are required.
This position offers flexible hours, with two days on-site and remote work for the remaining days, located in Minneapolis.
Compensation is $30-$32 per hour.
