Role: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing compassionate, state-of-the-art care to patients facing terminal illness.

Key Responsibilities: Apply nursing theories and concepts, document care to meet reimbursement guidelines, coordinate physical care with patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and agency personnel. Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and quality reviews.

Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure, successful completion of an approved nursing program, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with one year preferred in hospice. Knowledge of home health and hospice care frameworks, nursing practice act, agency policies, and reimbursement guidelines. Maintain 12 hours of continuing education annually, CPR certification, and willingness to travel, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
