The Regional Resource RN provides specialized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in accordance with nursing standards.
They float between multiple facilities within the region, primarily working night shifts in the Emergency Department Float Pool.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with diverse care teams, strengthening clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, and adapting to dynamic healthcare environments.
Qualifications include a current RN license, a minimum of 3 years ER experience (with recent experience preferred), and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC, ENPC, and MANDT.
