Role Overview

This position involves providing comprehensive Diagnostic Radiology services including plain film radiology, fluoroscopy, mammography, neuroradiology, ultrasonography, MRI, and CT. The physician will recommend and oversee patient care, re-evaluate transferred studies for accuracy, and offer consultative support to regional medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret a full range of diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Direct patient care and treatment recommendations.
• Review incoming studies for diagnostic accuracy.
• Provide consultation services via phone or on-site visits.
• Train other physicians and medical students in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian school, or foreign equivalent with proper certification.
• Current, unrestricted medical license or registration.
• At least one year of supervised clinical experience post-graduate (internship or residency).
• Successful completion of an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology or related specialty, with a minimum of 4 years of training or experience.
