Role Overview: This position involves providing patient-centered care within the Department of Surgery's Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, in both ambulatory and inpatient settings. The APP will manage cosmetic and reconstructive patients, assist in surgeries, and conduct inpatient rounds.

- Manage weekly clinics and examine patients to diagnose surgical needs
- Review medical histories and plan treatments in collaboration with physicians
- Prepare for surgery, obtain informed consent, and coordinate scheduling and preoperative education
- Perform postoperative visits and ambulatory procedures, including wound care and biopsies
- Assist in the operating room as a first assistant
- Support educational activities and promote clinic programs
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or accredited Physician Assistant program
- Certification by ANCC or NCCPA, respectively
- State licensure in GA and full credentialing
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
