Role: Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Key Responsibilities: Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve mobility and overall well-being under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Maintain required documentation and adhere to facility policies, including presence in the building and dress code. Ensure productivity levels meet standards and provide quality patient care across diverse settings.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active State License, and skilled nursing experience. BLS certification may be required. Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with a productivity requirement of 92%.
