Role: Critical Care Float Pool Travel Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care across ICU, step-down, and other acute units, adapting quickly to new environments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, manage ventilators and IV drips, and respond effectively to emergency situations.
Utilize evidence-based practices to stabilize and monitor critically ill patients.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing license with critical care experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt to diverse settings, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ventilators, medication administration, and emergency protocols.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, ensure safety, and support interdisciplinary collaboration.
Maintain flexibility to meet varied patient needs and uphold high standards of clinical practice.
