We are seeking an experienced RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel assignment in San Luis Obispo, California.
Key responsibilities include: documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress; maintaining infection control and medication safety standards; performing reassessments; and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
Qualifications: minimum of 2+ years of ICU experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Skills required: excellent documentation, critical thinking, and communication skills; proficiency in infection prevention and medication administration.
Responsibilities: work 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts, providing high-quality patient care and ensuring safety standards.
