Join our team as a Night Shift, Part-Time Medical Surgical Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, coordinated patient care under the direction of the Nurse Director/Manager.

Key responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, developing and prioritizing care plans, evaluating care delivery, and revising plans to meet diverse biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs. The RN delegates tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes and adheres to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications involve holding a current Kansas RN license, an associate’s degree in nursing, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS or oncology certification may be required based on specialty areas, and all certifications must be completed within the first year.

Preferred skills include a bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least one year of recent healthcare experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
