Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides individualized adult/geriatric patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions based on clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float across multiple facilities within the regional footprint, supporting diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver quality patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in dynamic environments.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state or compact license.
• Minimum one year of recent bed-side RN experience in Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds.
