Role: Travel Physical Therapist with skilled nursing experience, providing therapy and rehabilitation services in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and demonstrate clinical reasoning.
• Perform age-appropriate skills and follow intervention protocols, adjusting plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and discharge when goals are achieved or intervention is no longer necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient care and contribute to overall productivity.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active state license as a physical therapist.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of recent PT experience within the last 5 years.
