Role Overview

Seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The position involves developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapy techniques, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using tests, examinations, and history to identify functional limitations
• Design and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain documentation of assessments and progress
• Coordinate with medical team for integrated care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and participate in professional development
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and move equipment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to irregular schedules
