Role Overview: A travel Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in hospitals, clinics, or rehab centers, they develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing exercise, manual therapy, and specialized equipment. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' conditions, create and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Operate therapy equipment safely, document evaluations and outcomes accurately, and participate in discharge planning. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards. Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid PT license, current BLS certification, strong clinical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Must possess physical abilities to assist with patient mobility, and sensory acuity for effective communication. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, follow instructions, and manage workload under pressure is essential.

Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy and prior experience; new grads are welcome to apply.
