Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities: Performs nursing duties across various departments, including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health. Supports flexible scheduling with day or night shifts, and participates in a gig nursing program that offers variable hours and incentives.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a current RN license. One year of recent Med-Surg RN experience or two years in specialized areas. Certifications include BLS; ACLS and PALS may be required based on specialty. Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, and maneuvering for extended periods.

Ideal Candidate: Flexible, responsible, and capable of quick adaptation to shift changes and cancellations. Epic experience is preferred.
