Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure. One year of recent Med Surg experience or two years in specialized areas; Epic experience preferred. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS depending on department. Physical stamina to lift, stand, and perform manual tasks is essential.

Position Details: Offers flexible, incentivized shifts (day/night, 4, 8, or 12 hours) with variable shift incentives. No fixed schedule requirements, with the ability to select shifts based on availability. Must be responsible for minimum hours and available for short-notice shifts, with potential for cancellations.
