Role Overview: We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments. The role involves developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing manual therapy and exercise techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through examinations and history-taking
• Create and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
• Operate specialized equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintain a safe environment adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in professional development and quality assurance activities
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth patient transitions
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
