Role: Travel Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient therapy.
Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional recovery, delegate therapy services, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state licensure, CPR certification, and outpatient clinical experience of 6 months to 1 year. Must demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, safety adherence, and participation in ongoing professional development.
Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, create and manage treatment programs, document medical records accurately, and coordinate care in accordance with physician orders and insurance approvals. May require float rotation and participation in patient education.
Skills: Excellent clinical reasoning, organizational skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication with patients, families, and team members.
