Role: Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.

- Assess and document patient evaluations, care needs, interventions, and outcomes.
- Identify changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters.
- Review and modify treatment plans; develop new programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Educate patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
- Perform additional duties related to speech therapy as assigned.
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the practice state.
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
- Facility-specific certifications: BLS, CPR, or equivalent, and state-specific SLP licenses.
