Join our Critical Care Step Down Unit as a Registered Nurse, providing care for patients with conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis.

Responsibilities include: utilizing advanced technology like telemetry monitoring, performing EKG interpretation, central line care, and assisting with bedside procedures like endoscopies and bronchoscopies. You will apply critical thinking, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively.

The role involves collaborating with PCNAs, nurse interns, providers, PT, and OT, in a unit with 24 beds. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 5:1, supporting a dynamic, technology-enhanced environment.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN license in Ohio, BLS certification, and ACLS certification within six months. Preferred qualifications include a BSN.
