Role Overview: This position offers an opportunity for new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience to develop their skills through a structured 9-month Nurse Residency Program.
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and celebrate patient milestones. The role emphasizes supporting recovery and ensuring coordinated care.
Qualifications: Valid RN licensure as per state requirements and CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
