Role Overview: The Staff Nurse delivers safe, compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. They collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and clinical team members for effective care delivery
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs and responses to treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Current Illinois RN licensure and BLS certification from AHA
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
