Role Overview: Experienced registered nurses (RNs) are sought to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based patient care by owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Promote a safe, collaborative environment, contribute to staff engagement, and participate in performance improvement and research initiatives.
• Mentor fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members, fostering professional growth.
• Lead in applying evidence-based practices, participate in decision-making, and support continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make evidence-based decisions using basic tech tools.
