Qualifications & Skills
Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification. At least 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, or 1 year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience. State licensure in Washington required. Demonstrates passion for human-centered care, effective communication, technological proficiency, clinical expertise, teamwork, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
