Position Overview: The Pharmacy Manager is a licensed pharmacist responsible for establishing, managing, and overseeing pharmacy services and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Key Responsibilities: Lead pharmacy startup, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, supervise pharmacy staff, develop policies, oversee medication procurement, storage, and inventory management, and provide clinical pharmacy consultations. Manage controlled substances, implement drug diversion prevention, and maintain electronic health records related to medication. Oversee 340B program compliance, conduct audits, and coordinate with vendors and leadership on medication workflows. Ensure staff licensure, deliver training, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Act as liaison for inspections and develop corrective plans. Develop budget and evaluate vendor performance.

Qualifications & Skills: Doctor of Pharmacy or B.S. in Pharmacy, active Oregon pharmacist license, minimum three years of practice, preferably with behavioral health or substance use disorder experience. Knowledge of medication management in substance use treatment, pharmacy law, DEA, and 340B. Strong supervisory, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in electronic systems and Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements: Must maintain licensure, pass background and drug screenings, and adhere to confidentiality and ethics standards. Ability to work in secure environments, handle controlled substances, and respond to emergencies as needed.
