Role: HSSP Clinician

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive mental health services to adults with severe mental illness in community settings, including individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Develop and review personalized service plans, foster trusting relationships to support independence and recovery, and coordinate care to ensure housing stability and community integration. Assist with crisis interventions, participate in team meetings, and maintain accurate member records. Collaborate with colleagues to improve program quality and support members' involvement in daily activities and socialization.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; valid California license or registration; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; strong clinical, teamwork, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred experience in DMH and field-based settings.
