Position: Mental Health Technician
Role Overview: Supports clients through recovery by providing direct care, facilitating therapeutic activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe, trauma-informed environment. Fosters personal growth, monitors client behavior, and responds to crises using de-escalation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise clients during activities to help achieve treatment goals.
- Respond to incidents and maintain a calm environment through crisis management.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver consistent care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Apply trauma-informed approaches to support clients with behavioral health challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or experience in human services preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably with adolescents.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days.
- Ability to pass background checks; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
