Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Partner with patients and families, fostering relationship-based care.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Promote evidence-based practice, research, and continuous improvement.
- Support resource management and protocol development for optimal outcomes.
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
- Valid RN license and certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
- Proficient in technology and clinical documentation.
