Role: Speech Language Pathologist Resource Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation, while serving as a clinical resource and guiding staff.
• Conduct patient assessments, clarify physician orders, and deliver care aligned with evidence-based standards, prioritizing patient safety and addressing physical, cultural, and psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator and Manager to ensure quality care and support staff development.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Current IL licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
