Role Overview: This position involves managing a specialized 24-bed unit dedicated to female patients with GYN Oncology issues, providing moderate to high acuity care including chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, symptom and pain management, palliative, and hospice care.

- Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Oversee staffing, productivity, and department operational goals, including budget adherence.
- Supervise daily operations, manage staff scheduling, payroll, and communications.
- Ensure safety and compliance, supporting high-quality patient outcomes.
- BSN required; RN license essential.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; less than 2 years of supervisory experience acceptable.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
