The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key responsibilities include
- Implementing evidence-based ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote positive behaviors and reduce maladaptive ones.
- Supporting clients with communication, socialization, academic, and daily living skills.
- Collaborating with BCBAs, teachers, instructional assistants, and families to monitor progress and reinforce strategies.
- Active RBT certification through BACB.
- Experience in ABA techniques, behavior management, and data collection (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
