Role Overview: This position involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring staffing coverage for 24-hour operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Assigns patients based on acuity and staff skills, provides clinical consultation, participates in recruitment and staff education, mentors staff, and oversees compliance with policies and standards.
• Acts as a liaison between staff and management, contributes to performance improvement initiatives, and steps in for the Nurse Manager when necessary.
• Maintains clinical practice through direct patient care when needed and manages supplies and equipment inventory.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Nursing degree from an accredited school, current NY RN license, CPR certification, and professional certification in a relevant specialty (preferred). A minimum of three years of clinical experience is required, with a preference for supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
  
  

Work Environment: Conducted in clinical and office settings, involving walking, standing, lifting, and exposure to disinfectants, PPE, and equipment.

Patient Care: Serves all age groups with access to sensitive patient information per HIPAA regulations.
