- Coordinate safe, quality care by documenting accurately and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

- Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize care delivery.
- Adhere to organizational policies, standards of conduct, and regulatory requirements, including safety goals.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) from an accredited program.
- Less than one year of clinical experience; direct patient care experience preferred.
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS, with instructor and provisional certifications preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
