Role: Respiratory Therapist responsible for providing high-quality, top-of-scope patient care in a technologically advanced clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Utilize respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimal care, manage ventilator integration, airway management, and adaptive pulmonary support across multiple care levels. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritize patient wellness, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Support and precept new healthcare team members and participate in process improvement initiatives at various organizational levels.
Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications & Skills:
- BSRT in respiratory therapy from an accredited program or within progress;
- State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT);
- NBRC - RRT certification;
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care respiratory therapy experience;
- Instructional teaching experience, formal or informal;
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross);
- Preferred: ACLS, Adult Critical Care Specialist, Neonatal and Pediatric Specialist certifications.
