Seeking a full-time Vet Assistant to support veterinarians, technicians, and staff in providing excellent animal care.

Responsibilities include assisting with examinations, treatments, and surgeries, safely restraining animals, preparing exam and surgical areas, performing basic lab tests, administering medications and vaccinations under supervision, and maintaining medical records. Additional duties involve feeding, bathing, exercising animals, and communicating with pet owners about care plans and follow-ups. Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-stocked clinic environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of veterinary assistant experience
• Technical skills in disinfection, medication administration, and diagnostic equipment
• Physical ability to handle animals compassionately and safely
