Role: Flight Nurse responsible for safely transporting critically ill or injured patients via air ambulance, supporting both scene calls and transfers.

- Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment and support.
- Manage adult and pediatric critical care cases using strong critical thinking skills.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped aircraft environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners.
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow protocols during shift changes.
- Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for role compliance.
- Minimum three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
- Current RN license in relevant states.
- EMT and Trauma Certifications as required, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications prior to flight duties.
- Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.
- Preferred: prior flight experience and instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
