We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient team dedicated to supporting children and families.

- design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments, and lead program reviews
- supervise and develop RBT team members
- conduct parent training and family meetings
- collaborate daily with Speech, OT, and PT colleagues on shared cases
- manage a caseload of up to 10 clients focused on quality care
- handle documentation and indirect tasks remotely, reserving clinic time for client and team interactions
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- 2–5 years of clinical or center-based ABA experience
- Strong clinical and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
