Role: Pilates Instructor at a luxury wellness and fitness environment focused on high standards, personalized client programs, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver safe, comprehensive Pilates training programs tailored to client goals.
• Conduct initial assessments and goal setting for clients.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build and maintain a client base through collaboration with management and member engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to client management.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance member experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of studio and equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to refine skills.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program covering all apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac, etc.) with at least 400 hours of education.
• Valid Pilates certification(s).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, reach, and safely assist clients during sessions.
