Role Overview: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides recovery-focused medical services, including medication administration, to support clients' mental health stabilization.
Key Responsibilities: Implement safe and effective direct care following policies and standards, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and assist clients in managing acute mental health crises without inpatient hospitalization.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program, current licensure, CPR/BLS, First Aid, and CPI certification. Valid driver's license, personal vehicle insurance, and willingness to drive clients are required. Must pass background checks and health screenings.
