Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care, monitor patient conditions, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with healthcare team members. Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs.
Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and ability to meet physical requirements. No weight restrictions.
Skills: Dependability, strong patient care skills, ability to work collaboratively, and flexibility to adapt to various facility needs.
