Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides individualized adult/geriatric care by applying nursing principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
Responsibilities: Float across multiple facilities within a regional footprint, working in diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, enhance clinical skills, and adapt to dynamic care environments.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and have at least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg or two years for specialized units. Certifications such as BLS and ACLS (for critical care) are required. Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and patient handling is essential.
