We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) role in Boston, MA. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts (day or night) based on facility needs. The role involves providing high-acuity pediatric patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Applicants must hold an active Massachusetts RN license and have at least 2 years of recent PICU experience. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with PALS preferred. Candidates must pass background screening and demonstrate clinical confidence in fast-paced environments.
