Role: ABA Clinician working one-on-one with children with special needs to improve communication, social, and verbal skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

- Prepare for sessions by reviewing client notes and documents.
- Implement skill acquisition programs, including Discrete Trial Instruction and Natural Environment Teaching.
- Observe, track, and document behaviors using various data collection methods.
- Follow individualized behavior plans and intervene on problem behaviors as outlined.
- Complete session documentation and utilize assistive technology and equipment.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and case reviews.
- Assist with parent training by modeling ABA techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree required; RBT certification needed before working independently.
- Preferred background in psychology, ABA experience, and working with children with special needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
- Ability to follow ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and establish positive relationships.
- Must demonstrate patience, attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and critical thinking.
- This is a non-supervisory, part-time role with potential to become full-time.
- Work primarily in a clinical setting with occasional local travel.
- Physical demands include active movement and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience and credentials.
