Position Overview: Performs objective assessments and develops individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership, adhering to departmental policies and treatment standards.
Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians, with general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Ensures duties align with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor, Master of Science, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy; current or temporary licensure in the state; and current BLS certification. Preferred candidates have 6 months to 1 year of experience working with adult and geriatric patients. Must demonstrate physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform movements such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
