Key Responsibilities
- Manage outpatient GI cases, providing comprehensive clinical and procedural care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Develop subspecialty interests and participate in program growth and leadership
- Contribute to a supportive, efficient clinical environment
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Strong clinical and procedural skills
- Team-oriented with a patient-first approach
- Interest in leadership and program development
- Base salary of $600,000 with uncapped earning potential (~$800k-$900k+ with incentives)
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
- Loan repayment options up to $100,000
- Partnership eligibility after one year
