Join our Orthopedic nursing team providing specialized inpatient care for patients undergoing joint replacements, fracture repairs, trauma surgeries, and other medical-surgical treatments.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to post-surgical patients across a broad range of specialties.
• Collaborating with therapy and healthcare teams to promote patient mobility, independence, and recovery.
• Utilizing innovative technologies such as digital whiteboards, AI-assisted documentation, and virtual nursing to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
• Participating in unit expansion and gaining experience across diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, general, colorectal, breast, thyroid, and GU cases.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Current nursing license (RN or LPN) in Missouri or eligible for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
